Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Dog bowls are produced in 304 food-grade stainless steel without coatings, liners or applied surface finishes, or in fired stoneware finished with a food-safe glaze, with decoration applied by laser etching into stainless or fired beneath the glaze on ceramic and never printed onto a food-contact surface; plastic feeding surfaces are not produced, on the stated basis that abrasion of plastic feeding surfaces creates texture in which residues and bacteria persist through washing; non-slip performance is provided by a silicone base ring bonded to the bowl rather than by a separate mat, and no absolute non-slip claim is made for lightweight vessels on hard flooring; slow-feeder geometry is specified with wide-radius channels and without undercuts or blind pockets so that the interior can be cleaned effectively; raised and elevated feeder stands are manufactured to a customer-specified height, and no representation is made as to whether elevated feeding is clinically appropriate for any animal, that determination being a matter for a veterinary professional; ceramic vessels are supplied with written guidance that a chipped rim constitutes a compromised food-contact surface and that the vessel should be withdrawn from use; no medical, nutritional, digestive or health claim of any kind is made for any product supplied; and programme customers’ material, dimension, base, decoration and colourway specifications are held on file so that reorders match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
