What is the minimum order?
Just 12 bowls — a small groomer’s worth — with tiers that fall steeply for rescue, kennel and retail programmes. Programme orders get their spec held on file from the first run.
How fast will my dog bowls arrive?

Stainless or ceramic?
Stainless for hygiene and indestructibility — non-porous, no coating, dishwasher-proof forever. Ceramic for weight, because mass is what actually stops a bowl sliding, and for a fired finish that looks like a kitchen object rather than kit. The trade-off is real: ceramic is heavy and it chips.
Why won’t you make plastic bowls?
Because a plastic feeding surface scratches, and the scratches are exactly where bacteria persist through washing. It is the cheapest bowl to make and the one we would least like on our own kitchen floor, so it is not in the range and this is the honest reason why.
Are they really non-slip?
They have a bonded silicone base ring rather than a loose mat that gets chewed, which stops ordinary skidding. But a very light bowl pushed hard on tile will still move — if your dog is that dog, the answer is mass or a stand, and we will say so rather than printing ‘non-slip’ and hoping.
Should I buy a raised feeder?
Ask a vet who has seen your dog. There are genuine arguments for raised feeding in tall or arthritic dogs, and the relationship between raised feeding and bloat in deep-chested breeds is genuinely contested in the veterinary literature. We build to whatever height is specified; we do not pretend to have settled it.
How is our logo applied?
Laser-etched into stainless, or fired in under the glaze on ceramic. Never printed on top of a feeding surface — a bowl is scrubbed daily, and anything sitting on the surface eventually ends up somewhere it should not be.
Do you make collars, tags, bandanas or treat bags?
No — each of those is its own craft with its own specialists, and we would rather point you at the right one than sell a compromise. We make bowls and feeding stands, and we say so plainly.
